Machine brief description
The dual sided paper lamination machine (260m/min) uses LDPE, LLDPE, PP, EVA, EAA and other coated resins as raw materials and is used by manufacturers for dual sided synchronous paper lamination. The actual production line speed is 260M/Min. In addition, it can also be applied in nonwoven fabrics and bags as well as many other types of products.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC and weighs more than 50 tons to ensure the stability of high speed production at 260 m/min.

Automatic adjustment of film thickness
A newly developed program has been added to the PLC system to enable the main engine and the traction mechanism to be linked together. During the running-in period, the equipment will automatically record the ratio of screw speed and traction speed for the raw material. Then, the film thickness adapted to different equipment speeds can be automatically calculated and transferred to the automatic mode. In automatic mode, the thickness of the film will always be the same no matter how the speed of the equipment changes during winding and unwinding.
Dual sided paper lamination
If one side of the film lamination is returned back for the other side lamination, the tension will change which can result in wasting of paper (paper is not recyclable which must be strictly controlled in the production process). However, this device can achieve dual sided coating at one time to avoid paper waste and improve efficiency.
Automatic shaft pulling
The smallest inner diameter of the inflation shaft of the high-speed lamination machine is 6 inches. The shaft is too heavy for manual lifting. Therefore, we have designed a fully automatic shaft pulling device to reduce labor intensity and improve safety.
Automatic paper splicing
The production speed of the equipment is extremely fast. The whole roll of paper can be used up in almost 8 minutes. Thus, it is necessary to use an automatic paper splicing device and the non-axle feeding mechanism to replace the paper roll quickly.
Automatic tension control
The tension is controlled by the closed loop PLC system.
Automatic correction system
After the main unwinding, the paper roll must be automatically corrected to ensure the neatness. The choice of rectification device should be determined according to the difference of the base material, such as photoelectric correction, infrared correction, etc.
