The automatic T-shirt bag making machine is designed to produce printed vest bags for T-shirt sellers. It supports making double-colored or uncolored T-shirt bags using HDPE or LDPE roll film.

Equipped with PLC controller, the plastic bag making machine adopts double step (servo) motor for precision length control, and also utilizes LCD touch screen for real time display of operation status and parameters. It is able to finish the following steps at a stroke, from material feeding, sealing, cutting, hole punching, and delivering. This largely reduces labor intensity and yield good economic result for users.

In order to ensure accurate printing size, the T-shirt bag maker is outfitted with 2 photocells for printing process monitoring.
